Cybersecurity for independent insurance agencies
Protect the agency you’ve worked hard to build.
Your agency doesn’t have to use AI to be attacked with it. Your client information, your team’s work and your reputation deserve a clear security plan. I’m Tyler Mayberry. I use AI-assisted analysis to help you find the gaps that matter, put the fixes in order and close the first agreed gap.
OpenAI cybersecurity access, applied to your agency’s defense. A focused review, a practical fix and a handoff your team can use.

Agency AI Security Sprint
$750 one time
Move from “we should look at that” to a verified first improvement. The sprint covers one agency website, one email environment and up to two AI workflows. We agree on the systems, checks, access, first improvement and delivery date before work starts.
- An exposure check. Identify who owns website updates, what patch evidence is available, and which email and AI permissions need attention.
- A prioritized action pack. What was checked, what the evidence shows, what remains unknown, who should act and what to do first.
- One agreed improvement. Tighten an AI tool’s access, add a human approval step or address another agreed gap with the appropriate owner. We choose a safe, scoped change before work starts and verify the result.
- A staff and provider handoff. A reusable checklist and a walkthrough of the findings, so the next alert has an owner.
Clear deliverables before billing
You should know what you’re paying for.
Every agreed check is marked verified, gap found or not verified. A priority finding includes its evidence, next action and responsible owner.
If I don’t deliver the agreed sprint, you don’t owe the sprint fee. The written scope defines the review, first improvement, handoff and acceptance before we begin.
You approve the work before it starts. Third-party tools, larger repairs and ongoing support are quoted separately. There is no required subscription.

On October 21, PHP released urgent fixes for two critical vulnerabilities, and CISA urged organizations to patch. Your website or a vendor-hosted application may depend on PHP even if your team never sees it. Ask the provider to confirm whether it is affected and what fix is actually running.
OpenAI reports that AI-assisted research helped uncover one of the PHP flaws. The agency lesson is practical: use capable tools to investigate and prioritize, then have the responsible people apply and verify the fix. An AI answer alone does not change a server.

Where AI helps the review
OpenAI cybersecurity access. I have cybersecurity access to OpenAI models for authorized defensive work. I bring that access to a scoped review of your agency’s systems, with findings checked against the available evidence.
AI can help analyze approved code and configuration evidence, compare findings with vendor advisories and prepare a fix plan for human review. Access stays limited to the systems and data you authorize. Changes are agreed and verified with you or your IT provider.
Email access, customer records, payment instructions and AI tools deserve particular care. We look at what an assistant can read, send and change, and where a person must approve the action.
Use the free AI-permissions worksheet to gather your team’s access and approval rules before the conversation.
A useful first step for your agency
Bring one concern.
A website advisory, an AI tool connected to your inbox, unclear admin access or a security recommendation you want help understanding. A short description is enough to start.
Leave with a defined next step.
We confirm whether the sprint fits, which checks can be performed safely and who needs to be involved. If the work needs a different specialist, I’ll say so before you commit.
This is a scoped defensive service. It does not include emergency incident response, continuous monitoring, a penetration test, a compliance certification or an insurance coverage opinion. Security needs ongoing attention; this sprint addresses the agreed scope and does not make a system breach-proof. If you suspect an active compromise, use your incident-response process and contact the appropriate specialists immediately.
