Built for your agency.
Get one recurring task out of the spreadsheet shuffle. I’m Tyler Mayberry. I map the work, build a tool around your process, test it with you and train the people who will use it.
Service requests waiting for an owner. Renewal information scattered across files. Commission exceptions that need another pass. Start with one piece of work your current tools don’t handle well.
First conversation: free, 30 minutes. No client records needed.
One workflow. A usable tool.
Agency Workflow Build · $4,500 for a defined starter workflow. One agency, one agreed process and one tested release. Larger builds are quoted separately.
- Map the work. Agree on inputs, users, exceptions and the tests the finished tool must pass. Check whether an existing tool or simpler setup is the better answer first.
- Review a working prototype. Try the proposed process with sample records before production configuration. See what it does and point out what needs to change.
- Test the release with your staff. Run the agreed normal and exception cases. Record what passed, what needs human review and what the tool cannot do.
- Keep the instructions. A 60-minute working session for up to five people, a short operating guide, and a written account, code and data handoff.
Includes one check-in and 30 days of corrections for defects against the original agreed scope. New features and changes to outside systems are separately agreed.
Check the work before final payment.
$1,500 to begin. The remaining $3,000 is due after the agreed tests pass and training and handoff are complete.
If I cannot meet those checks, I have one correction period of up to ten business days. If I still cannot deliver, you can end the project without paying the final $3,000. The initial fee covers planning and prototype work actually delivered; treatment of any undelivered work is agreed in writing before starting.
The written scope sets the test cases, required inputs and access, review dates, delivery date and any approved third-party costs. Changed requirements or missing inputs need an agreed revision. This is a delivery commitment, not a promise of hours saved, revenue or breach prevention.
Fit the work you already do.
Your agency management system can stay in place. We check actual access, vendor permissions and integration options first. A useful first version may work from approved exports rather than a live connection.
For example, a request tracker can make the owner, missing information and next action visible. Try assigning and reviewing a sample request. It uses sample records and is not a client deployment or an AMS integration.
AI is an option when it helps the task. A straightforward form, database or rule may be the better tool.
Keep control of your software.
The agreement identifies the bespoke code you own after payment, any reusable or third-party components and their licenses, repository access, hosting accounts and data exports. It also explains who maintains the application and what happens if you stop ongoing services.
We define the permitted data, user access, review steps, backup and recovery responsibilities, and any model or service providers before production use. Staff keep coverage decisions, policy changes and payments. Read the security and access boundaries.
Choose what happens next.
You can take the agreed handoff, commission a separate future project, or arrange ongoing care and improvements. There is no required development subscription.
Ongoing services are quoted for the application and support responsibilities involved. Before you decide, you see the covered work, support hours, capacity, third-party costs, notice period and exit arrangements. A development backlog does not mean unlimited simultaneous work.
Before we build
How long does it take?
I confirm the prototype milestone and first-release date after checking the scope, inputs, access and my availability. You see those dates before agreeing to the work.
How is this different from the Quickstart?
The $1,500 AI & Security Quickstart configures one bounded workflow with training. A custom software build creates a separately scoped application or tool. Each has its own deliverables and payment terms. The $750 Security Sprint remains a separate service.
What if our existing software already does this?
I’ll recommend using or configuring it rather than building another tool. We discuss fit before accepting a custom build.
Where does the work get stuck?
Tell me the recurring task and the tools you use. Leave out client records, passwords and other secrets.
