cirlet Talk to Tyler

Know the review you’re buying.

Cirlet’s Agency AI Security Sprint is $750 one time: an agreed review, prioritized findings, one agreed improvement and a provider handoff for an independent insurance agency. Start with a free, 30-minute conversation.

What systems are in scope?

One agency website, one email environment and up to two AI workflows. We agree on the systems, checks, access, first improvement and delivery date before work. Your agency does not have to use an AI assistant to discuss email, website or request-verification concerns.

What evidence should I receive?

A working record of what was checked, what the available evidence supports, what remains unknown, the next action and responsible owner. A finding should be distinguishable from an assumption. See the clearly fictional finding-to-verification example.

Does a questionnaire verify a control?

An answer helps locate the evidence. It does not by itself verify the configuration or prove that a control works. The written scope should make clear what can be observed, what can be tested and what remains outside the review.

Can my existing IT provider participate?

Yes. The review and agreed improvement can involve your existing provider. We establish who owns access, changes and verification. You do not need to switch agency software or buy Cirlet’s free application to work with Tyler.

What does the $750 include?

The agreed review, prioritized action pack, one safe scoped improvement with verification, and staff/provider handoff. The agreed Sprint is delivered before billing; if the agreed Sprint is not delivered, you do not owe the Sprint fee. Third-party tools, larger repairs and ongoing support are separate agreed work. Read the complete current offer.

Is this monitoring or emergency response?

The Sprint is a bounded engagement. It does not provide continuous monitoring, emergency incident response, penetration testing, certification, coverage advice or a promise that a breach cannot occur. Use your established response provider for an active incident.

How is AI involved?

Tyler has cybersecurity access with OpenAI models for authorized defensive analysis. AI can support evidence review and planning; findings require evidence and changes require an accountable owner. Access is not a vendor endorsement or certification. Security & Trust.

What can we do before a conversation?

Use the free provider action-plan builder to collect questions without uploading client records. You can also run the free Agency AI Attack Readiness Kit with your team: a fictional request rehearsal, slides, worksheets and a separate answer guide. Bring a short description of the concern; do not send credentials or customer records through the inquiry form.
