What Cirlet is

Cirlet is browser software for the daily work of independent insurance agencies: clients and policies, service work and tasks, renewals, certificates, quotes and binders, sales and leads, customer requests, accounting and commissions, reports, documents and agency website preparation. Anyone can open a sample agency with fictional records without an account. Agencies can create a free workspace by signing in with their email. Cirlet works alongside an agency's current system: agencies can try it and use it for part of their work without switching.

The software is free to use, with no subscription or per-seat price, and includes help articles and email support. Paid support plans are optional: they add faster help, setup and training, and the top plan is a direct line to Tyler Mayberry, the developer. Automation for an agency's own work and moving records from another system are optional paid services. Cirlet Support is $99 a month or $990 a year, and Direct Line is $299 a month or $2,990 a year, each a flat price per agency with every staff member included. Help from Tyler Mayberry

Tyler Mayberry helps independent insurance agencies understand and apply AI, software and automation, using Cirlet or the tools an agency already uses. The first step is a free, 30-minute conversation or hands-on introduction: agencies can bring questions, something they tried or something they would like to improve. Nothing needs to be installed and no customer records are needed. It is a starting point, not free ongoing engineering or support. Paid hands-on work is scoped and priced before it starts. Agency data (12 October 2026)

• Available today: export of an agency's complete records and documents at any time, and deleting a workspace.
• Available: a one-click backup of the agency's complete records and documents into a folder in the agency's own Google Drive (Google drive.file access only; the Google sign-in stays in the browser).
• Not offered yet: running Cirlet on the agency's own computer. It is built and in testing and will be offered once it is signed and updates itself.
• Written storage and processing terms for workspaces are still being finished.
