Start with the work your team repeats.

You may already have an AI tool and a few things you’ve tried. The next step is choosing a task that fits, setting it up and showing your team how to check the result.

Good starting candidates include turning meeting notes into an internal action list, organizing service requests for review, or matching supplied records. We check the actual inputs, tools and exceptions before choosing. Deep integrations and agency-wide changes need a separate scope.

What you leave with

  1. One task mapped. The current steps, inputs, checking effort and exceptions, with a written definition of what the finished workflow must do.
  2. One configured workflow. A tool, template or bounded automation in the agreed accounts, tested on representative, authorized examples.
  3. Data and approval rules. What information can enter which approved tool, what it may read or change, who checks the output and who can revoke access. These rules cover this workflow.
  4. A 60-minute team working session. Up to five people practice the accepted workflow, with written instructions and an output-check guide.
  5. A verified handoff. The tested cases, observed results, exceptions and limits. Your designated person demonstrates running and checking the workflow.
  6. A follow-up. One 30-minute check-in within 30 days of handoff and one correction round within the original scope.

A small example of the approach

Fictional illustration, not a customer result. A meeting note says: “Mia will check the missing dates. Ben will prepare the internal checklist. No deadline agreed.” A useful draft names those two actions and marks the deadline as not recorded. Your reviewer checks it against the note before assigning work.

The Quickstart applies that kind of input, output and review discipline to your agreed task. We measure preparation plus checking time where a fair comparison is possible; there is no promised number of hours saved.

You can check what was delivered.

We agree on test cases, expected outputs, permitted access and required human review before starting. Completion includes the workflow, training, written instructions and your designated person’s run-through.

The agreed package is delivered before the project fee is billed. If I cannot deliver that defined package, no project fee is due. Approved third-party charges are separate.

How the work moves forward

  1. Talk through the task. A short description is enough for the free first conversation. We decide whether there is a suitable, bounded piece of work.
  2. Agree on the scope. Choose the inputs, tools, access, test cases, review steps, price and delivery date in writing.
  3. Build, test and teach. I configure the workflow and show your team how to run it and check its work.
  4. Hand it over. Review the evidence and limits, keep the instructions and use the follow-up for questions about the agreed workflow.

Delivery target: 10 business days after the written scope, required inputs and authorized access are ready. I confirm the actual date before accepting the work. If requirements, data or access change, we agree on any scope or date revision first.

Before you decide

Do we need to change agency systems or use Cirlet software?

No. We check what is possible with your existing tools. A Quickstart may be a human-operated AI workflow rather than a direct integration or autonomous agent. We name that clearly in the scope.

We already have an IT provider. Can they be involved?

Yes. Involve the people responsible for your accounts and systems. We agree who can supply evidence, authorize access, approve changes and revoke permissions.

Is this a cybersecurity audit?

The security work here covers the agreed workflow’s data, access and review rules. It is not a company-wide audit, penetration test, compliance certification, continuous monitoring or emergency response service. For a specific website, email or security concern, see the separate $750 Agency AI Security Sprint.

Can we start with training alone?

Yes. Ask about a separately scoped training session. A security review or implementation purchase is not required to discuss training.

Will the workflow make coverage decisions or send messages by itself?

No coverage advice, binding, policy changes or payments are included. The written scope defines any permitted action and its approval step. A fictional demonstration does not establish production access to your systems.

What if the task is too large or unsuitable?

We check fit before agreeing to the project. I’ll explain the limitation, suggest a smaller task or tell you when another specialist is needed. This offer does not promise that every task can be automated.

What task would you like help with?

Tell me what repeats, what tools your team uses and where you get stuck. The first conversation is free. Please leave out client records, passwords and other secrets.

A line or two about the work and tools is enough to start.
