The contact form

When you send the form, what you entered is emailed to me at tyler@cirlet.com through Cloudflare's email service, with your address set as the one to reply to: your name, email address, agency name if you gave one, the topic you chose and your message. The website doesn't store your message anywhere else.

Just before that, your agency name, chosen topic and message are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI, whose model checks whether the message is a sales pitch, or says nothing about what you'd like. If the message is a pitch or says nothing about what you'd like, it isn't emailed, the website doesn't keep it, and the page tells you why, with my address in case it got it wrong. Short notes, such as a follow-up after we met, are meant to go through. If the check is unavailable, the form keeps your message and asks you to retry or email me.

Sending the form doesn't add you to a newsletter or a mailing list.

Questions and chats from the earlier site

An earlier version of this site let visitors ask questions and talk to a form-filling agent, and kept those questions and conversations for 90 days with email addresses, links and phone numbers removed. The site no longer collects them, and what was kept is deleted when it reaches 90 days.

Your browser

The site sets no cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits: Cloudflare adds a small script to each page that reports the page viewed, without cookies, and I see only totals, such as page views, the sites that sent visitors, countries, browsers and how fast pages loaded. Apart from that script, everything on these pages comes from the site itself.

Google Drive backup in the application

In the Cirlet application, an agency owner can choose Back up to Google Drive to save a copy of their agency's records and documents into a "Cirlet backups" folder in their own Google Drive.

• What Cirlet asks Google for: only the drive.file permission. With it, Cirlet can see and change only the files it creates in your Drive, never your other files.
• Where your Google sign-in goes: it stays in your browser. Your browser sends the backup straight to Google. Cirlet's servers never receive your Google sign-in or the files in your Drive.
• What Cirlet does with Google data: nothing beyond creating that backup folder and saving the backup files you ask for. It isn't stored by Cirlet, shared, sold, used for advertising or used to train AI models.
• Turning it off: remove Cirlet's access at any time in your Google Account under Security, then Third-party apps and services. The backups stay in your Drive until you delete them.

Cirlet's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
