Privacy.

This page covers the cirlet.com website: what the inquiry form sends, what Ask keeps, and how visits are counted. It's short because there isn't much.

The inquiry form

When you send the form, what you entered (your name, email address, where I could help, your computers, what you use today and your message) is emailed to me at tyler@cirlet.com through Cloudflare's email service, with your address set as the one to reply to. The website doesn't store your message anywhere else.

What you looked at

If you leave "Include what you looked at on this page" ticked, a short list of what you looked at goes with your message, such as the services you read about or the questions you opened. Untick it and nothing about your visit is sent.

The form's agent

The agent that drafts the form fills in suggestions in your browser: where I could help, your computers and browser (from what your browser reports), and a starting line. Nothing is sent to me until you press Send to Tyler, or tell the agent to send it.

Talking to the form's agent

When you message the agent, your messages and what's in the form are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI so it can reply and fill the form in. I keep the conversation for 90 days to improve the agent: what was said, the date, and whether a message was sent. Email addresses, links, phone numbers and the name you gave are removed before it's saved, and it isn't linked to you (it's stored under a random number made for that one conversation). Your IP address is used only to limit how many messages can be sent, and isn't stored. I receive only the message you send.

Questions you ask

When you ask a question, it's sent with excerpts from these pages to Cloudflare Workers AI, which writes the answer. I keep the questions people ask for 90 days to improve the answers: the question, the date, and whether the pages answered it. Email addresses, links and phone numbers are removed before a question is saved, and nothing that identifies you is kept with it. Your IP address is used only to limit how often questions can be asked, and isn't stored.

Your browser

The site sets no cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits: Cloudflare adds a small script to each page that reports the page viewed, without cookies, and I see only totals, such as page views, the sites that sent visitors, countries, browsers and how fast pages loaded. Apart from that script, the fonts and everything else come from the site itself.

Hosting

The site runs on Cloudflare, which handles the traffic to it.
