Your team, learning by doing Put AI to work in your agency.
I set up the assistant and teach your team to use AI in its everyday work. Training is included in every agency engagement, including the founding offer and Renewal Desk. Your whole team keeps lifetime access to the learning library and its updates.
What your engagement includes
- Hands-on kickoff. Use the assistant, check its work and practise another useful AI task.
- A live one-hour session each month. Bring a task and your questions. We work with your tools and responsibilities throughout the engagement.
- A library reviewed monthly. Recordings, short guides, SOPs, prompts and exercises. Keep access for life, including future library updates.
- A two-week team challenge. Each participant tries a useful task, checks the result and brings an example to the wrap-up.
- An on-site option. In-person training, travel and dates quoted separately. Larger teams can use a department workshop or hackathon format.
Start here: the learning library
These lessons combine recorded agency demonstrations with hands-on practice. The recordings show actual agents in a synthetic EZLynx-style reconstruction. They are teaching examples, not live customer accounts or proof of a particular agency's software compatibility.
Give AI a useful task
Write five things: what you need, the source material, the output format, what must be checked and when to stop. Try “Make a worklist from these fictional records. Keep the source ID. Put missing or conflicting information on hold. Do not contact anyone.”
Practice: write a five-line brief for one recurring job. A colleague should be able to tell what a finished result looks like.
Turn a backlog into a morning worklist
Work from the source records, separate completed work and duplicates, and leave unclear items visible.
Open the fictional CSVs, review sheet and answer key. Compare your result with the answer key before trying it in your own process.
Check a document review
Ask for a source reference with each field. Flag a missing page, conflicting date or unreadable value instead of guessing.
Try the document-review exercise · Watch the recorded renewal review at 32:02.
Practice: trace three fields back to their documents and explain one item that must stay on hold.
Prepare customer work for a person to review
Use a complete request and the current source material. Separate a factual draft from a coverage decision. A licensed member of staff checks the result and decides what to send.
Watch the recorded service examples · Use the certificate intake checklist.
Keep control of the assistant
Know which account it uses, where drafts appear, who reviews them, how to stop the job and how to get help. Use fictional examples in training. Client data belongs only in tools and accounts your agency has approved for that information.
Read the staff review and control guide · Check the AI plan and data arrangements.
Describe the next job
Bring one example, its frequency, the current steps, the desired output, the person who checks it and the exceptions. Your team can use that brief for its own AI work or bring it to me for the next assistant task.
Practice: complete the job brief in the playbook and have a colleague follow it with fictional data.
Your team playbook
Read and print the playbook · Download the editable Markdown copy. It includes the task brief, output review checklist, two-week challenge and data-handling worksheet.
Your two-week challenge
Days 1–2: choose a repeated task and record the current steps. Days 3–5: try the lesson with fictional or approved material. Days 6–10: check results and revise the instructions. Days 11–14: show the team what worked, what still needs a person and the next task worth trying. I facilitate the challenge as part of the engagement.
What you keep
Your agency and its team keep lifetime access to this shared learning library and future library updates, even after paid support ends. Your agency-specific procedures and suitable session recordings are delivered to you. Live monthly sessions and new tailored work run during the engagement. Client information is excluded from shared lessons.
Library reviewed: 8 October 2026. These starter lessons use existing recordings and practice packs; additional session recordings and SOPs are added as delivered.
