What keeping it running can cover
Updates, fixes and new jobs as your work changes. What's covered, and who handles what, is agreed up front.
When a website changes
Agents work from what's on the screen, so a small change to a page often doesn't matter. When a change does break a job, it needs fixing: if I'm keeping it running, that's my job; without it, your written instructions show you what to check.
Running it yourself
At handover you learn the everyday use: watching an agent, taking over, stopping it, and what to do when something needs attention. The written instructions are yours to keep.
