cirlet Tell me about the workContact

How it goes From the first message to the handover.

Five steps, and nothing starts until the scope and price are agreed. Here's what happens at each one, and what you'll need.

The five steps

  1. Tell me the work. What you'd like off your plate, which apps and computers are involved, and what's getting in the way. You don't need a plan. The form on the homepage or an email to tyler@cirlet.com is enough, and I'll reply by email.
  2. We check the fit. I look at your apps, logins, two-factor steps and computers with you, and say what's worth handing to an agent and what isn't.
  3. We agree on the price. What I'll do, what it costs and what it depends on, before anything begins.
  4. I set it up with you. Each computer needs Omarchy and a way in, then ibara and Tailscale. That first stretch is where people get stuck, and it's the part I do. Then I connect your agent and we run the real jobs end to end, with you watching. On a call, you drive and I guide. At the handover you get a walkthrough and written instructions, you keep the computers and the admin access, and you know how to watch an agent, take over and stop it.
  5. I keep it running. If you want: updates, fixes and new jobs as your work changes, with what's covered agreed up front. Or run it yourself: it's yours.

What to have ready

  • The jobs, in your own words.
  • The apps and websites they touch, and who can sign in to each.
  • Who receives the two-factor codes for those accounts.
  • The computers you have now, if any.

That's all. You don't need a hardware list or a finished plan.

Remotely, on-site, or ready to plug in

How setup happens is agreed per job. I can set up computers you already have remotely, come and do it on-site, or prepare the computers and ship them to you ready to plug in. Remote is the usual way, and we'll agree what suits the job.

Two-factor codes during setup

If a job needs two-factor codes, I ask you for access to them. If you'd rather type each code in yourself, you can, but then you'll need to be involved in every step I do.

Confidentiality and access

I do the setup myself, and I'm happy to sign an NDA before looking at anything sensitive. We agree up front what access the setup needs. Afterwards, I keep access to your computers only if you want me to.
