Staying in control You stay in charge.
No setup makes an agent perfect, so I keep its reach small and make control something you do: watch it, take over, approve the important steps, or stop it.
Its own computer, only the accounts it needs
Each agent works on a computer of its own, not yours, and signs in only to the accounts its jobs need. That limits what a mistake can touch.
Watch without interrupting
From your own computer, open any agent's screen to see what it's doing. Watching never takes control, and the agent carries on.
Take over, then hand back
Take over, and the agent pauses before your input starts: the screen is yours. Make the change, then hand back when you're done. Handing back is always something you do on purpose. Closing the window doesn't do it.
Important steps wait for your OK
By default, steps that send, spend, delete or change access ask you first, and each OK covers that one step. We agree together what else should ask first. These are guard-rails for the steps the software can recognise, not a guarantee, which is why the agent's reach stays small too.
Who can do what
Each computer has its own access settings: watch, files, take control, agent tasks and administer, each set to allowed, ask first or denied. I set them with you at handover and show you how to change them.
Stopping it
You can take over one agent, pause every agent at once, or remove an agent's access to a computer entirely. Each does only what it says.
What I'd never connect
Anything you couldn't live with an agent getting wrong, such as payment accounts with no second check, or admin access to systems a job doesn't need. I go through your accounts with you and say plainly which to leave out.
What leaves your computers
The work happens on your computers and your network. Your agent's AI provider sees what it needs to do the job, such as screenshots and task details, unless your agent runs on a local model. ibara itself has no cloud service and sends nothing anywhere else. If everything must stay offline, that needs its own assessment.
